Producing Ultra-smooth And Consistent Paper Pulp
Pulp is a composite mixture of fibrous material created by separating cellulose fibers through chemical or mechanical processes. Major pulp production categories include Chemical, Kraft, Sulfite, Semichemical, and Mechanical varieties.
Pulp Machine Parts
The primary function of pulping machinery involves separating fibers in raw materials. Raw materials undergo rapid rotation causing fiber breakage under heavy pressure - a process termed "slurring" that produces slurry output in the Hi-Consistency Pulper.
In the Agitator Tank, pulp undergoes high-pressure beating (refining). This cylindrical vessel contains an impeller functioning as a stirrer to maintain continuous rotation.
Parason manufactures various pulping machines with multiple specifications. The Hi-Consistency pulping machine provides excellent de-fiberizing with strong fiber to fiber friction.
The Dilution Pulper effectively removes plastics and foreign materials while diluting high consistency stock. The Off-Center Pulper removes large-sized plastics with minimal degradation.
Paper Making Machine
Pulp-to-paper transmission is essential for final product creation. The Dewaterer and Disperser feeds pulp from pulping machines to automated paper machinery. The paper machine comprises Forming Section, Wet Press Section, Dryer Section, and Calendar Section.
