Pulp Cleaner Machinery and Solution
Cleaners in pulp machinery serve to clean and purify the pulp made out of raw materials for paper production. The cleaning process targets unwanted particles including stickies, glue, gums, and wax.
High Density Cleaner
This motorized device efficiently removes contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins, wax, etc. from the pulp stock. Features include an illuminated sight glass for vortex inspection and protection for downstream screening and refining equipment.
Medium Density Cleaner
Operating through non-motorized design, this cleaner targets pins, clips, staple pins, etc. Installation occurs before screening, deinking, and refining operations.
Centricleaner
These devices are specially designed to remove air, dirt, shives, and specks from pulp stock. Pulp enters tangentially at 0.5%-1.0% consistency, where centrifugal motion forces contaminants outward.
Medium Consistency Centricleaner
Operating at 1.5%-2% consistency, this system arranges cleaner bottles in a planetary configuration. Features include ceramic cones for improved heavy contaminant separation and a deaeration system.
Trapmagni
This magnetism-based equipment suits low-quantity pulp cleaning with stainless steel construction and large permanent magnets for enhanced removal efficiency.
