4 - 5% Consistency

Conical screw cone and pneumatically controlled counter pressure cone ensure desired dewatering effect upto 10% consistency with flexibility of operation.

Very sturdy with unique features. Screw made in single piece casting with hard facing edges. Outlet consistency upto 38% - 42% after Screw Press.

Thickened stock is shredded uniformly to increase surface area. Helps steam to penetrate evenly into the pulp stock.

Designed to avoid escaping of steam, reducing steam consumption and improving dispersing effect. Features inlet chute tapered compression zone.

Shredded stock heated to 90°C - 100°C with temperature control system. Steam nozzles throughout the length for uniform heating.

The Infeeder screw feeds the stock uniformly to the disperser.

Designed for dispersing at 30% consistency, 100°C, with gap control upto 0.01 mm accuracy via electro hydraulic arrangement. Gentle fibre treatment ensuring optimum development and dispersion of contaminants in microns.
