Centrifugal cleaning system for virgin pulp applications, removing sand, glass, and heavy debris to protect downstream refining equipment.

Hi-Density Cleaners are positioned at the front end of your cleaning system, immediately after pulping.
Available in Steel (HDCS) and Ceramic (HDCC) variants, they target high specific gravity contaminants before they damage downstream equipment. Designed for 3–4% consistency operation, they remove sand, glass particles, staples, and metal fragments.
Choose Steel for cost-effective standard applications, or Ceramic for highly abrasive environments requiring extended service life and minimal maintenance.
Centrifugal separation for efficient contaminant removal
Stock enters through tangential inlet, creating powerful rotational flow
Heavy contaminants pushed to outer wall by centrifugal force
Sand, glass, and metal particles spiral down to reject trap
Accepts rise through central vortex and exit via top outlet
Parason 'O' Port Valve
Auto reject flushing
Steel / Ceramic Options
