Dilution Pulper
Dilution pulper is connected to hi-consistency pulper. It separates plastics and other foreign material to dilute hi-consistency for stock transfer. The pulper works continuously, ready for the next batch immediately after emptying. It also works as first coarse screen, reducing load on next stage equipment.
Fiber Saver
Low consistency pulper is connected with fiber saver to treat reject contaminants over the pulper screen plate. The fiber saver removes contaminants like plastic and foreign material, working efficiently for fiber recovery.
High Consistency Pulper and System
When wood chips and fiber material are brought to convert into pulp, they go to the pulper machine that cuts material into small size. Pulper mixes material with water and chemicals to give flexibility to the pulp.
